Instructional Design

Effective planning and implementation of instruction are based on the professional reflective practice of the classroom teacher. As learning architects, teachers design instruction. They develop units as well as day-to-day lessons. Learning is greatly enhanced and teaching improved when teachers balance their immersion in teaching and learning activities with regular opportunities to revise their instructional plans and practices.
